Born and raised in the beautiful island of Saint Lucia. This class is me taking my love for dance and my heritage and sharing it with my community through music and movement! This isn't just about fitness for me, it's about all around well-being.

Daughters of Tarrah, Asante and Amani have been dancing since toddlers! Asante brings the FETE and Amani brings the FIT! You'll often see us instructing alongside Tarrah during sessions and sometimes hosting our own classes!
